Types of sessions in SIMPECH
SIMPECH offers two types of sessions to meet different teaching needs:
Permanent Sessions:
When the permanent room option is enabled the session is considered permanent
These sessions never automatically move to the “completed “ Section even after their scheduled time has passed.
If a session is currently live it appears in the love section
When no live section stays in the not live section needed
One-Time or Recording Sessions:
When the permanent Room option is disabled, the session follows a standard schedule.
One-Time or recurring sessions automatically move to the completed sessions automatically move to the completed section once their scheduled time has ended
These sessions will not appear in the live section after completion.
Live Section functionality:
Admins: Can view all live classes happening within the system.
Instructor & Students: Can only see the live classes they are participating in, ensuring personalized access
Scheduling and Managing Sessions:
Users can create Sessions with specific start times, durations, and recurrence settings.
The Permanent Room toggle determines whether a session stays available in the system or follows a define schedule
Recurring Sessions can be set up on a day or weekly basis with an optional end date or a specific number of occurrences
