How to share files with students or instructors in SIMPECH

SIMPECH lets you share files with students during class and after class is over. Thus is helpful for giving students material before class or for them to study later.

Steps to share Files with Students:

Go to the Library:

Find the library section on the left side of your screen and click on it.

Add a File or Folder:

Click the “Add file or folder” Button. Choose theh files you want to upload from your computer.

Organize Files:

You can make folders like PDF Files, and Excel files to keep your material neat and easy to find.

Share Files with Students:

Click the three dots in the file you want to share and pick “Share” From the menu. Copy the link and send it to your students using SIMPECH's chat or another way to talk to them.

Accessing Shared Filed:

Students can find the files you shared in the Library Section under the shared library. They can look at these files anytime.
