Browse through the list and choose the instructor who best matches your needs. Next to each name, you’ll find two helpful options:

Chat: Contact us with questions prior to booking so that you can make the best decision.

Book: Click here when you're ready to schedule your session.

Step 3: Select a Date That Suits You

When you click "Book," a calendar will pop up with the days that are open. All you need to do is choose the date that works for you, so that your session takes place at the most convenient time.

Step 4: Select Your Ideal Time

Once you have chosen your date, a list of available time slots will appear. Choose the time that is most convenient for your day to book your session easily.

Step 5: Confirm and Secure Your Session

Double-check your booking information and complete your appointment by clicking the confirm option. You will be immediately confirmed, and the session will be automatically added to your calendar for easy scheduling.
